SHEET LAHAR
- To assist households with families affected by loss of life and health-related issues.
The primary focus of the response was identifying and assisting families at risk and affected by cold who already face existing vulnerabilities. This included marginalized families, households led by women and senior citizen, individuals at risk of gender-based violence, those with chronic health conditions, children, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. Special attention was given to children, the elderly, pregnant women, individuals with chronic illnesses, and persons with disabilities, particularly women and girls. The project extended its support to households affected by the cold based on the list provided by the Local Disaster Management Committee (LDMC) aligning to social protection and poor household’s registry.
